Mep Maintenance Services:

We do MEP Maintenance of the existing buildings on Yearly Contracts and Maintenance Services for Modification / Casual Contracts. We offer the following services in our Maintenance Contract:

Preventive and Periodic Maintenance Air Conditioning
Equipments such as Chillers, FCU, FAHU, AHU, Package Unit, Split Unit)
Maintenance and Cleaning of AC Ducting, Air Outlets, etc
Carry out proper functioning of Microprocessor and take control test
Maintenance of Ventilation Fans and Pumps
Maintenance of Air filters, valve package and dampers

With adequate manpower and resources, the maintenance services are carried out in full compliance to the client's requirements. It is headed by a General Manager with a team of Engineers / Supervisors and Skilled/Unskilled Tradesmen to carry out various types of Maintenance Services.
