Mep Maintenance Services:
We do MEP Maintenance of the existing buildings on Yearly Contracts and Maintenance Services for Modification / Casual Contracts. We offer the following services in our Maintenance Contract:
- Preventive and Periodic Maintenance Air Conditioning
- Equipments such as Chillers, FCU, FAHU, AHU, Package Unit, Split Unit)
- Maintenance and Cleaning of AC Ducting, Air Outlets, etc
- Carry out proper functioning of Microprocessor and take control test
- Maintenance of Ventilation Fans and Pumps
- Maintenance of Air filters, valve package and dampers
With adequate manpower and resources, the maintenance services are carried out in full compliance to the client's requirements. It is headed by a General Manager with a team of Engineers / Supervisors and Skilled/Unskilled Tradesmen to
carry out various types of Maintenance Services.
